MOTIVATION is a key component of our Mission.  We sponsor motivated youth.  Keeping this in mind, we expect the youth to complete as much of this application as possible (parental help is 100% acceptable), but if the parent is the one completing the application, we envision the two of you filling it out together with the parent transcribing the child’s words that expresses the applicant has motivation and illustrate this motivation in the applicant’s words.  Thank you!
