- Apply for an Opportunity. When you apply for an opportunity, you will register for an account by creating a username and password. You will provide us with your name, address, birthdate, and any other information you choose to provide in your application. You will also provide us with the applicant’s parent or legal guardian’s contact information, including name, email address, and phone number. You may also choose to provide us with a video submission.
- Donate. To donate, you will provide us with your name, email address, and financial information, such as your credit card number or bank account information. We use Stripe to process payments. Please review Stripe’s Privacy Policy here.
- Contact Us. To contact us, you will provide us with your name, email address, and any other information you choose to provide us with in your message.
Personal Data as You Navigate Our Site
We automatically collect certain personal data through your use of our Site and our use of cookies and other tracking technologies, such as the following:
- Usage Information. For example, the pages on the Site you access, the frequency of access, and what you click on while on the Site.

We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. Other Types of Collecting Activities
The Site and Services may use Cookies third-party vendors provide to collect information on user behavior (e.g., screens and pages visited, buttons and links clicked, limited information entered, and user taps and mouse movements). This information enables us to monitor and improve the user experience.
Do Not Track Signals
Some internet browsers incorporate a “Do Not Track” feature that signals to websites you visit that you do not want to have your online activity tracked. Given that there is not a uniform way that browsers communicate the “Do Not Track” signal, the Site does not currently interpret, respond to or alter their/its practices when they receive/it receives “Do Not Track” signals.

Our opportunities are designed for all ages, including children under the age of 13. As a nonprofit entity, we are not subject to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). However, we recognize the need to provide additional protections with respect to personal data we collect from children through the Services, including: (a) notifying parents or legal guardians about our information practices, including the types of personal data we collect, how we use it, and whether and whom we may share that information; (b) limiting the collection of personal data from children to no more than is reasonably necessary to participate; and (c) giving parents or legal guardians the ability to request access to personal data we have collected from their children and the ability to request the personal data to be changed or deleted.
