Michael Glasser
President and Founder
Tricia Anderson
Tricia is a director in Hood & Strong LLP’s Not-for-Profit Client Accounting Service Group. She brings over 25 years of experience in both private and public accounting with an emphasis on financial reporting, management, audit, tax and compliance. She is an achievement-oriented financial professional with excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills. Tricia works effectively and collaboratively with all organizational stakeholders to ensure that management, audit and compliance objectives are met. She is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and holds a B.S. in Finance from Sonoma State University and an MBA from Golden Gate University. She has been a licensed CPA in California since 1997 and has been working exclusively with Not-for-Profit organizations since 2013.
Rebecca Vineyard Glasser
Rebecca, a native of Washington state, has made Northern California her home for over thirty years. After graduating from UC Davis and an early career in environmental and clinical research, she spent many years as a classroom teacher and volunteer for Novato schools. She has held numerous volunteer positions in the community, with a focus on youth arts and athletics.
Rafael Velez
After attending St. Timothy’s School and Junipero Serra High School, Raf went on to graduate from Menlo College in Atherton, California. He is a co-founder and the Director of Wealth Management at Summit Financial Advisors, LLC. From 2016-2023, he served as the Chair of the Board of Regents for the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Schools.
Gabrielle Velez
Gabby is an alumna of Petaluma High School. After retiring as a corporate officer of a local construction company, she began her philanthropic and volunteer endeavors with Girls Scouts of America and the Fabulous Women of Petaluma. She has held leadership roles within the Sonoma County nonprofit organizations at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Schools, Cinnabar Theater and Sonoma Family Meal.
They have four children and live in Petaluma, California.

Bobby Kumparak, Santa Rosa ambassador
Born in San Jose and raised in Morgan Hill, Bobby has been a dedicated advocate for community service and social impact throughout his life. After graduating from Live Oak High School, Bobby served in the United States Marine Corps. Bobby has made his home in Santa Rosa for the last 25 years and brings over 25 years of professional experience as a business consultant in the insurance industry to YES. Bobby has an extensive track record in the nonprofit sector. He served as an advisory board member of the Croatian Scholarship Fund, he founded EndPetTheft.org, and has been actively involved in animal rescue and numerous other local service initiatives. Bobby’s passion for philanthropy and dedication to making a difference are evident in all his endeavors and he is honored to serve as an ambassador and looks forward to continuing to make a positive impact through his work with YES.
