Youth Experience Sponsorship

The YES Core Program

The Yes Core Program

At its heart, Youth Experience Sponsorship (YES) exists for one simple reason:
too many motivated kids are blocked at pivotal moments—not by talent or effort, but by cost.

YES was built to step in at those moments

We remove financial barriers so youth can say yes to experiences that shape confidence, identity, and belief in what’s possible—often at exactly the time those experiences matter most.

But just as important as what we fund is how we do it.

Meeting Youth and Families Where They Are

Every child’s journey is different.
Every family’s situation is different.

YES is intentionally designed to meet youth and families where they are—not where a program says they should be.

Some families need full support.
Others need partial help.
Some youth know exactly what they want to pursue.
Others are still discovering it.

Our core program is flexible by design, allowing us to:

  • Support full or partial sponsorships
  • Adapt as a child’s interests evolve
  • Adjust experiences over time as circumstances change
  • Respect the dignity, effort, and contribution of families alongside our support

This isn’t a one-size-fits-all model.
It’s a human model

How the YES Core Program Works

YES does not run camps, teams, or classes.
Instead, we act as a sponsorship engine, partnering with trusted organizations already doing exceptional work.

  1. Youth Apply
Youth and families share their goals, interests, and financial realities with us.
  2. Youth Choose the Experience
We believe motivation matters. Youth identify the experiences that inspire them—athletics, arts, education,, or other skill-building opportunities that expand their world.
  3. YES Sponsors the Experience
Once approved, YES pays partner organizations directly, covering all or part of the cost. Funds never pass through the youth or families—ensuring transparency, accountability, and trust.
  4. Participation Is Verified
Every experience is confirmed by both the family and the partner organization. Accountability isn’t optional—it’s foundational.
  5. Youth Become Part of YES
Each sponsored youth becomes part of the YES community—an ongoing relationship, not a one-time transaction.

The Championship Network – Available for Life

YES maintains a growing Championship Network of mentors, professionals, coaches, creatives, and community leaders who believe in paying opportunity forward.

This network exists to support YES youth, providing:

  • Access to role models who’ve walked similar paths
  • Guidance, encouragement, and perspective at key moments
  • Exposure to possibilities beyond a single experience

The Championship Network is available to YES youth for life, as needs arise and paths unfold.
It’s not a requirement, a track, or a label—it’s a resource.

YES remains the constant.
The network is one of the ways we continue to show up.

What Makes YES Different

  • Youth-Driven
We invest in what motivates the child, not what fits a predefined program.
  • Flexible and Evolving
As youth grow, YES grows with them.
  • Efficient and Transparent
Donations go directly to experiences, with participation verified and impact tracked.
  • Sponsorship, Not Charity
YES is about belief, accountability, and momentum – not a simple hand-out.
  • Local at the Core, Scalable by Design
Built in communities, designed to expand via leading technology.

Our Belief

We believe a single experience—at the right moment—can change a life’s trajectory.
By removing financial barriers and making a Championship Network available to them, YES helps youth unlock:

  • Confidence to pursue bigger goals
  • Skills that carry forward into life
  • Connections that open doors when they’re ready

This is our YES Core Program.
One child. One experience. One defining moment—supported by YES for life.
